Wan Tai Company imports Japanese trucks of all models, and reconditions, modifies or rebuilds them for clients anywhere in the world. We also supply heavy vehicles, including tippers, cranes, loaders and mixers, to the construction and timber industries.

All our vehicles are tested and checked before being shipped directly from overseas. Vehicles are selected on the basis of quality and reliability. A flawless vehicle usually needs little servicing on arrival and this converts into cost savings for clients.

We have different packages to suit clients' own arrangements for modification and reconditioning. Some clients have an in-house mechanical division that does this work when the vehicles arrive. This option reduces the purchase cost, but the saving is offset by the need to maintain the in-house division. Other clients prefer us to recondition the vehicles on their behalf. This option means that the vehicle can go to work straight ‘out of the box', thereby minimizing delays. With this option, we carry the risk for the client.
